Troupers welcome the return of Craig Schreiber as Koko in
this year’s production of The Mikado. Craig's previous roles with
Troupers include: Robin Oakapple in
Ruddigore, Duke of Plaza-Toro in The Gondoliers, and Lord Mountarrarat in
Iolanthe. Other regional G&S roles
have included Sir Roderic, Sir Despard, Major General Stanley, Grand
Inquisitor, and Major Murgatroyd.
In musical theater, Craig has performed the role of
Carl-Magnus in A Little Night Music, Petrucchio in Kiss Me, Kate, Captain von
Trapp in The Sound of
In opera, Craig has performed the title role in The Marriage
of Figaro, Valentin in Faust, the Father in Hansel and Gretel, Betto in Gianni
Schicchi and Belaev in Lee Hoiby’s A Month in the Country.
A resident of Westchester County, Craig previously lived in Boston where he studied voice with Phyllis Curtin, Sharon Daniels, and Craig Wich.
