Jennifer Sherron Stock

 

Jennifer Sherron Stock comes to the Troupers Light Opera with a rich a diverse background in theatre.  A long time devotee of Gilbert and Sullivan operettas , she is pleased to make her directing debut in New Canaan with The Mikado.  No stranger to musical theatre, she has directed Sweeney Todd for Trenton State College, Pirates of Penzance for Cortland Repertory Theatre, Working for Fairfield University, Little Shop of Horrors for Central Michigan University and the Enchanted Hills Playhouse and several productions of Nunsense I and II.  She spent the Summer of 2003 in California where she directed two productions of Les Miz: The School Edition with the Dublin Theatre Company.   Oliver for the Roche Players filled out her spring months and Crimes of the Heart (one of her all time favorite plays) folochen Arts Camp and Central Michigan University, Jennifer currently teaches at both City College and John Jay College for Criminal Justice.   A member of SSDC (the professional directors union) she is pleased to bring her creative talents to the Troupers this season.
